Delivery
Items are posted via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.
Larger wall arts will be sent by courier. I aim to process your order within 2 – 5 days. If it is likely to be any longer, I will let you know by e mail at the time of purchase.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If you do not receive your order because you supplied an incorrect postal address, I will only be able to issue a refund if and when Royal Mail returns the goods back to me in original condition for re-sale.
Returns
I hope that you are delighted with your artwork. However, I do understand you may sometimes wish to return an item. Please get in touch via e mail artist_lauradonaldson@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, I cannot cover the cost of return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return parcel is securely packaged, tracked and adequately insured against loss or damage. Please retain your proof of postage. I am happy to refund as long as items are returned in the original condition.
I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged during transit or if it is not in the original/saleable condition.
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt to discuss and do send over photo evidence of the damage / packaging. I will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending it back to me. Please ensure that the return parcel is well packaged and returned in an insured, trackable method.
Please note that I am unable to refund/exchange items that are bespoke or personalised.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at artist_lauradonaldson@hotmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
